The K Cut B Roll: Take 1: 93rd Academy Award Nominations Reaction
With exciting seasons come exciting news. The K Cut is now releasing the first segment of a new series: B Roll. B Roll episodes aren’t like our other ongoing series, in that they can happen at any time, and will contain a more free-spirited, roundtable format. These will be released as responses to major film events and the like. Sometimes, releasing one idea every Tuesday just isn’t enough, you know?
Our first B Roll episode, naturally (given our Oscars obsession on Films Fatale), is a reaction to the 93rd Academy Award nominations. Recorded Monday (and kudos to James for quickly producing this episode!) right after the announcement of nominees, here’s a bit of a look at how all three of us are feeling. There’s Andreas and Rachael, who are obsessed with the awards season, and then we have James who is being pulled into this (sorry, James).
